Defending Families, Demanding Accountability

Committed to exposing and challenging systemic abuses within the family court industry. We stand with families and survivors who have come forward with credible allegations of unlawful child removals, judicial overreach, and violations of fundamental rights. Through public testimony, legal documentation, and constitutional preservation, Aidileys demands transparency & accountability - calling on government officials to uphold their oath, protect families, and end state-enabled harm

Aidileys' Survivor Bill of Rights

Preamble

Aidileys recognizes the courage it takes for survivors of abuse and their families to speak about their experiences. Trauma, grief, and injustice can leave lasting impacts, and survivors deserve compassion, dignity, and support as they navigate healing and advocacy.

The Aidileys Survivor Bill of Rights affirms our commitment to empowering survivors, supporting victim advocacy, and creating a safe and respectful space where voices can be heard without fear of intimidation or retaliation.

These rights reflect our belief that survivors deserve to be treated with respect, protected from further harm, and supported in their journey toward healing and justice.

  1. The Right to Be Heard
Survivors have the right to speak about their experiences and share their stories in their own words without being silenced, dismissed, or intimidated.
  2. The Right to Dignity and Respect
Survivors deserve to be treated with compassion, dignity, and respect regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances.
  3. The Right to Safety
Survivors have the right to physical and emotional safety while seeking support, sharing their experiences, or participating in advocacy efforts.
  4. The Right to Supportive Community
Survivors have the right to connect with communities and networks that offer understanding, compassion, and encouragement.
  5. The Right to Freedom of Expression
Survivors have the right to speak openly about their experiences, participate in advocacy, and engage in public discussions about abuse and survivor support.
  6. The Right to Healing
Every survivor’s healing journey is unique. Survivors have the right to process trauma, grief, and loss in their own way and at their own pace.
  7. The Right to Privacy
Survivors have the right to control their personal stories, determine what they share, and decide when and how they share it.
  8. The Right to Advocacy
Survivors have the right to advocate for themselves and others, raise awareness about abuse, and work toward safer communities.
  9. The Right to Protection from Retaliation
Survivors should be able to seek help, share their experiences, and participate in advocacy without fear of harassment, intimidation, or retaliation.
  10. The Right to Justice
Survivors have the right to seek accountability through lawful means and to pursue justice, healing, and awareness within their communities.
